  • 300g white tofu, cut into small squares
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 green onion, cut into thin strips
  • 2 red chilies, cut into small pieces
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper


  • Maling/Luncheon meat
  • Cucumber slices



Boil the white tofu pieces until they are slightly chewy. Remove, let cool.

Step 1 of cooking Tofu Omelettes.

Mix egg, green onion, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Step 2 of cooking Tofu Omelettes.

Put in the boiled tofu and red chilies, stir gently until blended.
