Tofu Omelette is a unique type of side dish, which combines an omelet with tofu. Making this side dish is very easy using ingredients that can be found easily at the supermarket. Tofu Omelette tastes rich and smells like scrambled eggs when fried. It's less fragrant when served in soups or steamed but has a soft, silky texture that is similar to silken tofu. Everyone knows that Tofu Omelette is rich in calcium, protein, and iron, as well as low in calories. It also helps prevent colon cancer and heart disease. Tofu Omelette is also known to increase production and weight loss. For the tofu, you can boil it first before mixing it into the egg beaten. You can put any food ingredients into the egg mixture, such as sausage, ham, chilies, etc. Additionally, you can add Luncheon Meat and cucumber slices. Ingredients

  • 300g white tofu, cut into small squares
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 green onion, cut into thin strips
  • 2 red chilies, cut into small pieces
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Complementary

  • Maling/Luncheon meat (optional)
  • Cucumber slices

Steps

Boil the white tofu pieces until they are slightly chewy. Remove, let cool.

Mix egg, green onion, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
