Easy to cook and delicious Teriyaki Beef.

Teriyaki Beef is a Japanese dish made with slices of beef that are marinated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, then sauteed, broiled, or grilled until they're tender and caramelized. The teriyaki sauce used to marinate the beef typically contains soy sauce, sweet sauce (kecap manis), oyster sauce, pepper, sugar, and sometimes garlic, ginger, or other seasonings. The sauce can be cooked until it thickens, creating a flavorful glaze that coats the meat. To make Teriyaki Beef, the beef is sliced thinly and then marinated in the teriyaki sauce for anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the desired level of flavor. The beef is then cooked on a hot grill, broiled in the oven, or sauteed until it is cooked through and the sauce has caramelized. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds and chopped green onions to make it more appetizing. Teriyaki Beef is often served with rice and steamed vegetables or even boiled noodles, and can be found in Japanese restaurants or made at home.
