  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine (ang ciu)
  • 150g button/champignon mushrooms
  • 8 fish balls
  • 250 ml of water
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1-2 spring onions, thinly sliced

Thickening Liquid

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch/tapioca
  • 50 ml of water

Complementary

  • Boiled broccoli/other vegetables
  • Cayenne pepper/chili sauce

Steps

Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
