Ingredients

  • 300g chicken fillet
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp tamarind water (tamarind paste + a little bit of water)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp sweet sauce (kecap manis)
  • ½ tsp chicken powder
  • ½ tsp sugar

Mashed Ingredients

  • 5 shallots
  • 3 garlic
  • 10 red chilies
  • 2g shrimp paste
  • ½ tsp salt

Steps

Marinate the chicken fillet with salt and tamarind water for 20 minutes.

Heat the oil, add the chicken fillet, stir-fry until cooked, and put it on a plate.
