Ingredients

  • 250g lean beef
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 tbsp of sweet sauce (kecap manis)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 100 ml of water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar

Mashed Ingredients

  • 3 garlic
  • 5 shallots

Complementary

  • Carrot
  • Beans
  • Fried potatoes

Blend all the mashed ingredients, then mix with the beef, and add pepper and ground nutmeg. Then marinate for 15 minutes.
