Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • 250g chicken breast
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, cut into small pieces
  • 2 handfuls of peas
  • 2 eggs + 4 tbsp of water, stir well
  • ½ cube of Knorr beef powder
  • 1 tsp Knorr chicken powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Seaweed flakes

Chop up some shallots, garlic, carrots, and peas.

Boil the chicken breast in 1 liter of water until it's fully cooked, then take out the chicken breast.

Shred the cooked chicken breast just like in the photo.

Bring the chicken broth back to a boil, add carrot pieces, and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Mix 2 eggs with 4 tbsp of water until it's all combined. When the soup is boiling, slowly add the eggs while stirring to avoid any clumps. Let it cook for an extra 2 minutes.
