Easy to cook and delicious Sauteed Vegetables.

Sauteed or stir-fry is a quick and easy way to cook when you have very little time to cook. To make a basic stir fry, start by heating the oil in a skillet or large skillet over medium heat. Add your favorite protein and cook until brown. Then add the vegetables and cook until soft. Finally, add the sauce and cook for another minute. And finished, you can eat it with rice or noodles. One example of a recipe that uses stir fry is sauteed vegetables. The only ingredients you need are some vegetables and spices, such as salt and pepper. Make sure you wash the vegetables thoroughly, then boil the vegetables until they are cooked. Don't take too long to boil the vegetables, because the vitamins will be lost (only about 1 minute when the water boils). Before sauteing vegetables, you can saute the garlic first so that the food becomes fragrant. After that, just add all the vegetables you like.
