Ingredients

  • 150g chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 4 handfuls of peeled sweet corn
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • ½ tsp oregano (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil for sauteing

Complementary

  • Green lettuce
  • Or other vegetables

Mix the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Add sesame oil and oregano if you have any. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare oil for sauteing, then add the chicken and saute until cooked. Place the chicken on a plate.
