  • 300g chicken breast or chicken fillet
  • 500 ml of water, for boiling the chicken
  • 2 handfuls of bean sprouts
  • 1 handful of chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine (ang ciu)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves



Boil the chicken with 500 ml of water until the meat turns white.
