Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet sauce (kecap manis)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme/rosemary
  • ½ tsp pepper

Cut the chicken breast into 2 parts as shown in the photo.

Marinade Sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet sauce (kecap manis), garlic powder, thyme/rosemary, and pepper. Marinate chicken breast with this marinade sauce for 30 minutes in the refrigerator (not in the freezer).
