Ingredients

  • 250g salmon fillet

Lemon Seasoning

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ½ lemon, squeeze the juice
  • 2 tsp parmesan powder
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Complementary

  • 3 potatoes, cut into squares, boiled then roasted (until browned)
  • Chili sauce

Boil the potatoes until cooked, then set aside.

Mix all the Lemon Seasoning and prepare enough aluminum foil. Place the salmon on top of the aluminum foil, then spread the Lemon Seasoning mixture over the entire surface of the salmon, then add the lemon slices and thyme as shown in the photo.

Cover the aluminum foil and place it on a baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heating).

After 15 minutes, open the aluminum foil, then bake again over top heating for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.

Place the salmon on a plate, then place the boiled potatoes in the aluminum foil along with the remaining salmon seasoning. Brush/spray the potatoes with a little oil, then bake for 10-15 minutes until browned.
