For baked chicken, usually, the chicken is marinated first with herbs and spices, then put in the refrigerator. The marinade ingredients used to make Roasted Chicken Salad is salt, pepper, sesame oil, garlic powder, and coriander leaves. The chicken is soaked in the marinade sauce for a few minutes before baking it so that the spices are fully absorbed into the chicken. Ingredients

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves (optional)

Salad

  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 4-5 pieces of green lettuce, cut into ½ cm thick
  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Mayonnaise

Steps

Slice the chicken breast as in the photo, then season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sesame oil, and coriander leaves (optional). Leave it for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heating), then put the chicken breast in the oven, and roast for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
