Red Soup is a typical East Java dish, to be precise in the city of Surabaya. This red soup is a modification of Dutch tomato soup. Usually, red soup is served during certain events or when gathering with families. Saute the onions with butter until fragrant, then remove from heat.
Boil the pieces of chicken breast in water, cook until cooked.
Add ham, Luncheon meat, tomatoes, carrots, ketchup, tomato paste, and all the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
