  • 1 onion

  • 2 carrots, cut into rounds
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 2 handfuls of peas
  • 4 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Knorr beef powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tsp sugar
