  • 1 coriander leaf, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil for sauteed
  • 1-2 tbsp cooking wine (ang ciu)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Prepare bean sprouts, fried tofu, red chilies, garlic, leek, and coriander leaves.
