  • 7 red chilies
  • 4 garlic
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sweet sauce (kecap manis)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

  • White tofu, soaked in salt water, then fried
  • Rice cake (lontong/ketupat)
  • Bean sprouts
  • Vermicelli
  • Boiled eggs (optional)
  • Fried shallots
  • Crackers (kerupuk)
  • Chili sauce (sambal)

Boil the vermicelli and bean sprouts, then put them on a plate.

Prepare cubes of rice cake (lontong/ketupat) and fried white tofu.
