The main ingredients for Green Chili Chicken are green chilies and big green chilies, as well as shallots, garlic, coriander, ginger, lemongrass, bay leaves, tamarind, and other spices. Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thigh/breast
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 lemongrass, bruised
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chicken powder

Mashed Ingredients

  • 200g big green chili
  • 20 green chilies
  • 8 shallots
  • 10 garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
