Nanking Chicken is a chinese food that is often found in Indonesia. Nanking is a name of a city in China, Nanjing, where this dish originated. One type of chicken dish that is fried in a different way from the other fried chicken. The meat used is chicken breast. Firstly, chicken breast had to be marinated with herbs and spices first. After that, the chicken breast should be covered in flour and then deep fried. For the chicken sauce, usually use the rest of the marinade. Marinade sauce: Combine the chopped garlic, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and pepper in a bowl. Then put in the chicken breast that has been scratched. Leave it for 20 minutes.
Take the chicken breast, mix in sago flour, then dip it in egg white, then coat it again with sago flour until blended. Place in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
Take out the chicken from the refrigerator, fry with hot oil until it is golden brown, remove from heat, put it on a plate.
Heat the remaining marinade sauce with a little oil, add 3 tbsp of water. Stir well until slightly thickened, then remove from heat.
Cut the fried chicken breast as in the photo.
Pour the marinade sauce over it, and the nanking chicken is ready to eat!
