Easy to cook and delicious Korean Fried Chicken.

Korean fried chicken is a popular dish on tables in South Korea, and it's gaining fame so fast around the world. This savory dish is made with pieces of chicken that are marinated in a blend of spices, then double-fried for extra crispiness. The appeal of Korean fried chicken goes beyond its delicious taste as it's often served with a unique side like pickles and kimchi. Some restaurants also pair their dishes with unique sauces such as garlic soy sauce or chili paste to add even more flavor and texture to this delectable dish. To make this dish, you must have gochujang. Gochujang is an essential part of Korean cuisine. It's a spicy-sweet condiment made from red chili peppers, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans, and salt. Gochujang has been used as a condiment in Korea for centuries, but it has recently become popular around the world due to its unique flavor. Also using basic ingredients such as garlic, ground ginger, white pepper, or black pepper. You can use hot pepper flakes if you want to. With just a few simple steps, you can create the perfect crispy fried chicken that's surely become your favorite! The other important ingredient is corn syrup, it gives a sweet flavor to the dish. If you don't have it, you can replace it with sugar. The key to achieving the perfect texture for this dish is double-frying the chicken. The first frying helps cook the chicken, while the second one is responsible for keeping it nice and adding crispiness.
