Ingredients

  • 300g beef knuckle cuts
  • ½ onion, thinly cut
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 spring onion, cut into small pieces

Marinade Seasonings

  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 3 garlic, thinly cut
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet sauce (kecap manis)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ beef stock cubes
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
