  • 50g sugar
  • 8g salt
  • 3 lime leaves

Sambal (Chili Sauce)

  • 100 ml of water
  • 8 red cayenne pepper
  • 5 garlic
  • 4g cooked shrimp paste
  • ½ tsp salt

Boil the spinach, long beans, and bean sprouts until they're tender. Meanwhile, cut the tempeh into bite-sized pieces (about 1x2 cm) and fry them until they turn brown.
