  • 3 garlic, finely chopped

  • 5 tbsp lemon water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Dry Batter

  • 5 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
