  • 4 tbsp tapioca flour

Wet Batter

  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 100g sago flour
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Knorr chicken powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
