  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine (ang ciu)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Prepare bean sprouts, fried white tofu, red cayenne pepper, garlic, spring onions, and coriander leaves.
