  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced
  • 4-5 chicken sausages, thinly sliced
  • 150g button mushrooms, thinly sliced

  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella
  • Chopped thyme or parsley
  • Tomato sauce/chili sauce/mayonnaise
