It is very easy to make green chili chicken. For the main ingredients, you only need to prepare green chilies and big green chilies, as well as shallots, garlic, coriander, ginger, lemongrass, bay leaves, tamarind, and other spices. To make it easier to process this seasoning, you can use a blender to mix all the ingredients. The chicken meat does not need to be seasoned, because later it will be put into the seasoning that has been blended and stir-fried.   • 500g chicken thigh/breast
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 lemongrass, bruised
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chicken powder

Mashed Ingredients

  • 200g big green chili
  • 20 green chilies
  • 8 shallots
  • 10 garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder


  • Lettuce
  • Tomato



Blend all the mashed ingredients, then saute it with oil until fragrant.
