  • 300g of chicken thighs
  • 1-2 tbsp ginger water (grate the ginger, get the water)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil



Marinate chicken with ginger water, garlic powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper. Leave it for 30 minutes.
