Ingredients

  • 250g beef
  • 350 ml coconut milk
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Mashed Ingredients

  • 3 garlic
  • 6 shallots
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp cooked shrimp paste

Blend all the mashed ingredients, and put them in a bowl.
