Mix the minced chicken with garlic powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, chicken powder, pepper, salt, and green onions. Stir well.
Put the flour and sago flour in, mix well.
Put the egg in, stir until they form a dough.
Prepare the dumpling skin, put 2 tsp of chicken dough lengthwise in the middle of the dumpling skin, then fold the skin into a triangle, then bend both ends of the dumpling skin as in the photo.
Fry the dumplings until browned, then remove from heat and serve with chopped boiled carrots, mayonnaise and chili sauce.
