  • 1 tsp salt

  • 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg + 8 tbsp water + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, mix well

Sambal Dabu-Dabu

  • 4 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 5 red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato or 4 cherry tomatoes, cut into small squares
  • 1 small cucumber, cut into small squares
  • ½ lemon, squeeze the juice
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Cut the dory fish fillets as in the photo. After that, sprinkle it with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Leave it for 20 minutes.

Sambal Dabu-Dabu: Mix all the ingredients for Sambal Dabu-Dabu, make sure it tastes sour, spicy, and a little bit sweet, then put it in the refrigerator.
