After you make a mixture of rice, seaweed, and mayonnaise, take about 3 tbsp of rice, flatten out the rice in your hand, and place 2 egg chunks in the center. After that, form the rice by gently squeezing it together to create a rice ball shape. Wrap the rice ball with 2-3 pieces of smoked bacon until it is tightly closed. Before baking it, brush the top of the rice ball with Dry Seasoning (you can see the recipe below) to make it more flavorful. Here's an easy recipe for Egg Bacon Rice Balls.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw rice, cook in the rice cooker
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 sheet of seaweed, cut into small pieces
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 10-12 pieces of smoked bacon

Dry Seasoning

  • 2 tsp ngohiong / five-spice powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp water

Mix the cooked rice with mayonnaise and seaweed pieces.

Scrambled 3 eggs that have been seasoned with salt and pepper, then cut lengthwise like in the photo.
