Ingredients

  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 350g fried tofu, cut into squares
  • 1 tomato or 5 cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 150 ml of water
  • 3 tbsp oil for sauteing
  • 2 tbsp tamarind water
  • 40g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sweet sauce (kecap manis)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 lemongrass, bruised
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 3 bay leaves

Mashed Ingredients

  • 3 garlic
  • 6 shallots
  • 6 red chilies
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp shrimp paste
