  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 garlic, thinly chopped
  • 4 shallots, thinly chopped
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2-3 cayenne pepper
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 4 tbsp sweet sauce (kecap manis)
  • 2 tbsp tamarind water
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
