Add sweet sauce (kecap manis), soy sauce, tamarind water, and pepper.
Mix the blended ingredients with the pork meat, gently press the meat, and marinate for 30 minutes. Prepare the skewers, add 4-5 pieces of meat onto each skewer.
Add 3-4 tbsp of oil over medium heat on a non-stick pan. When it's hot enough, put the satay as shown in the photo. Don't forget to turn over the pork satay until it's cooked and browned.
