  • 1 egg + 8 tbsp water + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, mix well

Mushroom BBQ Sauce

  • 2 garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 80g button mushrooms
  • 200 ml of water
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 8 tbsp water, mix well
