Ingredients

  • 300g peeled prawns
  • 150g tapioca flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tbsp oil for sauteing
  • 4 garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 3 green chilies, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chicken powder
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves (optional)

Prepare beaten eggs and tapioca flour in separate bowls.
