Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise as shown in the photo (about 1x3 or 2x4 cm).
Blend all the Mashed Ingredients (see the recipe above) and pour the blended ingredients into the chicken fillet. Add pepper and nutmeg powder, then leave it for 20 minutes.
Heat butter, then add the chicken fillets, and cook for 30 seconds until they change color.
Add chopped onion and stir about 1 minute.
Add water, sweet sauce (kecap manis), salt and sugar. Over medium heat, stir until the gravy is reduced and the meat is tender, and make sure the taste is predominantly sweet and slightly salty.
