Easy to cook and delicious Chicken Nuggets.

Chicken Nuggets were invented in the 1960s by Robert C. Baker, a professor of food science at Cornell University. At that time, he was looking for other ways to process chicken breast meat. Chicken Nuggets are one of the most popular fast food in several countries. This food is usually made from chicken breast meat which is ground or chopped and then seasoned, then formed into small pieces. Chicken Nuggets are usually fried, but can also be grilled or steamed. Currently, Chicken Nuggets are still a menu that is favored especially by children. They can be found in most fast-food restaurants and are often served with French fries. Most Chicken Nuggets are made with white meat, but some companies do offer dark meat options. The average chicken nugget has around 290 calories per 100 grams.
