Easy to cook and delicious Chicken Katsu.

Chicken Katsu is a Japanese dish that consists of breaded and deep-fried chicken. The chicken is usually pounded thin so that it cooks evenly and quickly. The breading for chicken katsu is typically made from a mixture of water, egg, flour, and panko breadcrumbs, which are Japanese-style breadcrumbs that are lighter and airier than traditional breadcrumbs. To make Chicken Katsu, the chicken breasts are first dipped in wet batter, which consists of water, egg, and flour. After that, the chicken will be coated in panko breadcrumbs. The breaded chicken is then deep-fried until golden brown and crispy on the outside, while still juicy and tender on the inside. Chicken Katsu is usually served with a side of tonkatsu sauce, which is a thick, sweet-tangy sauce made from a blend of Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and other ingredients, but this sauce is optional. Some variations of Chicken Katsu may also be served with warm rice, salad, and mayonnaise/chili sauce. Chicken Katsu is a popular dish in Japan and can be found in many Japanese restaurants around the world. Here's a very simple recipe for Chicken Katsu that's easy to follow.
