Chicken Ball Soup is a healthy soup consisting of chicken balls and several types of vegetables. This soup can be served at lunch or dinner. The method of processing this soup is similar to other soups. The difference for this soup is we have to make chicken meatballs. These chicken meatballs are very easy to make, you only need minced chicken, egg white, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. As a complementary, we can add some pieces of carrots and ear mushrooms.   • 150g minced chicken
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 800 ml water
  • 2 carrots, cut into thin slices
  • Ear mushrooms as much as desired
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • Add salt and pepper as desired

Mix the minced chicken, egg white, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and flour. Stir well.
