Marinate the chicken meat with marinated sauce, leave it for 15-20 minutes.
Heat 6 tbsp of oil, add chicken and nutmeg powder. Stir well until cooked.
Add water, sweet sauce, chicken powder, pepper, and sugar. Stir until it boils and make sure it tastes as desired.
Then add button mushrooms, stir until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens slightly.
Pour onto a plate, and the button mushroom chicken is ready to serve.
