Ingredients

  • 100-120g flat noodles (rice vermicelli) or dry vermicelli
  • 1 stalk of boiled broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1 boiled carrot, thinly sliced
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 800 ml of water
  • 12g chicken powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 leek, cut into 2 cm

  • Fried onions
  • Soy sauce + red chilies pieces

Boil rice vermicelli or dried vermicelli until soft, then remove and place it in cold water.

For the soup: Saute the onions, shallots, and garlic in oil until fragrant and slightly browned.
