In a saucepan, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Saute the garlic and onion until they become fragrant.
Add the minced beef, and stir continuously for about 1 minute until it changes color.
Pour in water, chicken powder, liquid milk, Del Monte Tomato Paste, chili sauce, chopped coriander leaves and parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
Once it reaches a boil, add the Parmesan cheese and stir briefly for approximately 30 seconds.
Add the sliced cheddar cheese and continue stirring until the sauce thickens. Make sure the taste meets your desired flavor. If you prefer it spicier, you can add an additional 1-2 tbsp of chili sauce. Stir thoroughly and then turn off the heat.
Heat some oil for frying in a separate pan, and fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown.
Put the fried potatoes onto a plate and pour the bolognese sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve it alongside mayonnaise and chili sauce.
