Ingredients

  • 250g boneless chicken breast/thighs, cut into squares
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2-3 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • 2 garlic, thinly sliced
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet sauce (kecap manis)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar

Saute garlic with a little oil until fragrant.
