  • 150g macaroni
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1000 ml of water, to boil macaroni
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 90 ml whip cream
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 3 chicken/beef sausages, cut into small pieces
  • 3 pieces of ham, cut 3-4 cm
  • 3 slices of cheese, cut into rectangles
  • Grated cheese

Boil the macaroni with 1000 ml of water, and add cooking oil so that the macaroni is not sticky. Stir well and boil for about 10 minutes, then remove the macaroni from the boiling water. Make sure the macaroni is not tough and not too mushy.

Prepare a container/bowl, and add the eggs, liquid milk, flour, whip cream, salt, pepper, oregano, and nutmeg powder. Stir well.
