Easy to cook and delicious Beef Burger.

A burger is a short term for Hamburger. The burger was first invented by Louis Lassen when he put a few pieces of meat between two slices of bread to eat quickly and easily. Germany, to be precise in the city of Hamburg, is the country of origin for burgers. While the inspiration for the hamburger did come from Hamburg, the concept of the sandwich was invented much later. And according to some resources, the concept of minced beef probably predates Hamburg. Some argue that Mongol equestrians first ate minced beef in a similar way, Steak Tartare, in the 12th century. The way of eating this kind of food already existed in Russia before landing in Germany. Burgers are also known as sandwiches that consist of several fillings, for example, roast beef, cheese, ham, mayonnaise, eggs, etc. Usually, a burger is covered by 2 buns (top and bottom). To make beef burgers, you need minced beef. After that, you can give seasonings and spices for the burger meat, then grill. BBQ sauce is a must-have ingredient if you want to make a burger because this BBQ sauce has a special taste. As a complementary, you can add chili sauce, mayonnaise sauce, or tomato sauce.

Burger meat (Patties)

  • 250g minced beef
  • ½ onions
  • 1 sheet of white bread, soak in water, squeeze
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp of pepper


  • Burger buns, halved, lightly toasted
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced cheese (Cheddar)
  • Tomato
  • Onions, lightly toasted
  • Cucumber
  • BBQ sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chili sauce



Saute the onions in butter until fragrant, then remove from heat, and let it cool.

Step 1 of cooking Beef Burger.

Mix beef, white bread, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, nutmeg powder, and pepper. Stir well.

Put in the sauteed onion earlier, and stir well.

Round the meat mixture, then flatten it as in the photo. Put it in the refrigerator for 45-50 minutes.

Take it out from the refrigerator, and fry the burger meat (patties) until cooked and brown.

Prepare a burger bun, then split it in half. Place the toppings in the following order: lettuce, cheese slice, tomato, onion, cucumber, and burger meat (patty). You can add BBQ sauce on top of the meat and also serve it with mayonnaise and chili sauce.
