Easy to cook and delicious Baked Salmon with Mash Potato and Creamy Sauce.

One of the healthy dishes that are rich in protein, omega-3, and other nutrients is salmon. Salmon is a fish that has the most nutrients that are good for our bodies. In addition, salmon also contains low mercury, which means it is safe for consumption by everyone. Some nutrition experts say that salmon can nourish our eyes and improve concentration while studying/working because of the high omega-3, as well as the calcium and vitamin D content in salmon which can maintain bone health and prevent osteoporosis. For those of you who are on a diet, eating salmon can control and lose weight. In addition, the protein content in salmon can make us full longer. It is very easy to make this baked salmon. Tips for making salmon tender is not to bake the salmon too long. It should only take about 5-6 minutes while the salmon skin is on the pan, also make sure the skin is crispy and the sides are starting to turn white when flipping the salmon. And when the salmon is flipped over, it only takes 1 minute to cook. For the serving, you can prepare mashed potatoes and gravy sauce. Tips for making mashed potatoes to be soft are crushing and sifting boiled potatoes using a sieve, as a result, the potatoes will be very soft. After straining, the potatoes are put in a pan along with the liquid milk, which is then cooked for a while until the potatoes are really soft. For the gravy sauce, you can see the recipe below.
