Boil fusilli with 2-3 tbsp of oil until cooked.
Mix all the Marinade Sauce (see the recipe above). Leave it for 15 minutes.
Heat 2 tsp of butter and saute the marinade mixtures until cooked.
Add chopped onion, then stir for about 1 minute, then turn off the heat.
Prepare a baking pan and add ½ part of the fusilli.
Add the sauteed chicken meat and flatten it, then put cheddar cheese slices on top.
Add the remaining fusilli, then pour with the Milky Cream (see the recipe above).
Add mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it with coriander leaves.
Bake it in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heating) for 25 minutes, then add another 5 minutes with top heat to create a golden and slightly crispy topping.
