Cooking is a great way to bond with your family or friends, and it can be a lot of fun. It can seem confusing and difficult when you're starting to think about what to make as a beginner cook, but don't worry! There are plenty of easy recipes here that you can try. When it comes to making food, there are a variety of different ways to go about it. You can make food from chicken or beef, and both options have their own set of benefits. For chicken, you will get meat that is packed with a lot of protein. It's also relatively easy to cook, which makes it a great option for those who are new to cooking or don't have a lot of time on their hands. And for beef, you get a more flavourful meat that is high in iron and zinc. However, it can be a little more difficult to cook than chicken. If you're not sure where to start, here are a few recipes that will help you get started.

There are so many easy recipes to make, but sometimes it's hard to find ones that are both simple and taste good. This Nanking Chicken recipe is one of them. It's not only easy to make, but it also tastes great. Plus, it doesn't require a lot of ingredients or time. You just need to marinate the chicken with the ingredients, after that you coat the chicken with sago flour, then egg white, then sago flour again. Next, you have to refrigerate it before frying it to make the flour stick perfectly to the chicken. And done! You’ve made your own dish now. This recipe is super easy, anyone can make it!

Our other easy recipes are Sweet Soy Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. These two recipes have a similar way to cook. Both chicken need to be marinated first, and then fried. After that, you need to make the sauce for the chicken, the ingredients are so simple and easy to find too. For the Sweet Soy Chicken, you just need sweet sauce (kecap manis) and Worcestershire sauce, plus a bit of salt and pepper. And for the Sweet and Sour Chicken, you need tomato sauce along with sugar, salt, vinegar, and pepper. That’s all! You can try practicing these two recipes for your lunch or dinner.

If you want a recipe that requires less ingredients, well we have it! Try our Pesak Chicken, it’s very easy! All you need is just boil the chicken, you don’t need to marinate the chicken with any sauce, just boil the chicken for 5 minutes. After that, take out the chicken, put it in a bowl of cold water, and leave it for 2-3 minutes. Then you do this up to 3 times. After that, let the chicken be in the hot water. Simmer over low heat until the meat is tender (around 5-10 minutes). And for the seasonings, you only need soy sauce and sesame oil, mix them together, and pour it on the chicken. If you want, you can add fried garlic and coriander leaves to add more flavor to your Pesak Chicken. That’s it, so easy right?

We also have easy beef recipes with few ingredients. One example of our beef recipes is Beef with Broccoli. You can see the ingredients here. First, you need to boil the broccoli until cooked (around 2-3 minutes). After that, marinate the beef with the sauces, then saute it. Now, prepare the gravy sauce with garlic, oyster sauce, sugar, and a bit of water. After the sauce is boiled and tastes as desired, you can put the beef into the sauce, and stir it until the sauce thickens. There you have it! The Beef with Broccoli is ready to be served with warm rice.

I bet everyone knows about Beef Bowl Yoshinoya. Who doesn’t know this Japanese food? Well, we have our own special Beef Bowl Yoshinoya recipe with simple ingredients that you can buy at any supermarket! In the original recipe, you need to use Japanese soy sauce (Shoyu), sweet sake (Japanese mirin), and dashi stock. But, in our recipe, you just need soy sauce (any brand of soy sauce) and sweet sauce (kecap manis) for making this beef bowl. For dashi stock, you can replace it with just water. So simple right? Don’t worry about the taste, it’s still delicious though (you should try it)! You can see our full recipe along with step-by-step of making Beef Bowl Yoshinoya here.

If you want to combine meat and vegetables together, try our Beef served with Beans recipe. You will get not only protein, but other nutrients from vegetables too! It’s another healthy and simple recipe you can follow. Our minced beef recipe with beans is so easy to make. First, you need to saute the green beans or long beans until cooked, then put them on a plate. After that, mix the minced beef with oyster sauce, red chilies, sugar, and pepper, then saute it until the minced beef is cooked.
